What to include
Please include your Confluence Cloud site URL, your browser and operating system, which surface you used (the page's Export with watermark action, Apps → Watermark PDFs, or the admin settings page), whether a site-wide lockdown is active, and what happened when you dropped the file in. Please don't attach confidential documents to support emails — a description, or a harmless sample PDF that reproduces the problem, is enough.

For privacy, data handling, or security questions, use the same support email and include enough context for the request to be routed correctly.
